Brian Whitman

Brian’s students not only learn the essence of musicality, but they also learn to come out of their shells and share their gifts confidently with the world. He specializes in making his students feel comfortable without overwhelming them. He believes students learn best when they feel encouraged, supported, and free to explore music they genuinely enjoy.

Brian is currently studying composition and performance at UVic with plans to pursue graduate studies - music isn't a side gig, it's his life's work. When he's not at the piano, you'll find him volunteering at the local astronomy club or buried in a classic novel, passions he often shares with like-minded students.
